fuelOS is a nutrition tracking application that uses AI to analyze meal photos, voice descriptions, and text entries to estimate nutritional content including calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Nutrition estimates provided by fuelOS are generated by AI and should be considered approximations only. fuelOS is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

• Nutritional data may not be 100% accurate
• Do not rely solely on the App for medical decisions or dietary planning
• Consult healthcare professionals for personalized nutrition advice
• The App is for informational and tracking purposes only

5. Health Data

If you enable Apple Health integration:

• You grant the App permission to read and write nutrition data to Apple Health
• You can revoke this permission at any time through iOS Settings
• Health data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud if enabled

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by fuelOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, voice recordings, and text you provide to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing nutrition analysis services.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Deepgram) to provide functionality. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutrition estimates
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App data

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
